When Hauk (12), who lives on an island far north in Norway, is once again presented to a new stepfather, he decides to find the answer to his greatest question; To find out who his real father is. Hauk is a result of his mother's New Years eve celebration almost thirteen years ago. The only thing she reveals to him is that his real father's name is Jörg Müller and lives in an unknown place in Germany. But when Hauk realizes that there are more than 25,000 men named Jörg Müller in Germany, things are getting complicated. Together with his uncle, Uncle Egg, he sets out on an incredible journey by train across the Swedish border, towards a scorching German summer, in search of his real father.
